As usual I have managed to put together something at the last minute, but thank goodness because it makes life so much easier!!!! Check out other menu plans at Menu Monday.
By the way.....soaking, dehydrating, and roasting (some) nuts was awesome last week. It made lots of available snacks for everyone. Freshly roasted is the way to go!!!! If you are interested in knowing more about soaking check out sites such as Cheeseslave and GNOWFGLINS just to get you started.
I got my Kefir cultures the other day and that will be my next project on a semi-slow week!!!
